Special Visiters

Well guess who came to visit us the past week. None other than my parents from AL. As you can see they were very happy to be here to see us all again. They'll be returning in March with others from our church in B'ham for a mission trip.

Their arrival was not without a few bumps though. Their flight from the Belize International Airport down to where we live was canceled due to weather. So they were stuck in Belize City; a foreign land with no help. I called Bob Farley who was supposed to be on his way back from Belize City (a 5 hour drive) to let him know and to ask for advice. He informed me he was still there because in his quiet time that morning the Lord told him to stay up there another night. Even though not sure as to why he still obeyed. Once I informed him of the circumstances he then understood why.

He drove to the airport and picked up my parents who were relieved to see a familiar face. What providence. So their week started good after all and ended good with us bidding them farewell from the little beach house we stayed in their last weekend.

Thanks for coming mom and dad! We love you!
