Pic of the Day 5-26-13

Two friends from the States will be arriving Wed. Both are pastors and will be guest speakers at our church's Bible conference, so we began promoting it today. I brought the banner and Gideon and his sons helped cut the long branches from behind the church. Since rainy season just began the ground was soft enough to drive them in by hand. Voila! In about 5 min. our church sign was up.

The topic for the conference is on the attributes of God, but since "attributes" is not commonly here we named the conference What is God Like? Friday night Gideon, Todd, and Mark will give a message covering one attribute each. Then again on Saturday night, making a total of six attributes covered. It's so very important that our understanding of God is accurate. If we get that wrong, we get everything wrong.

Pray it goes well and that the Lord will bless our efforts to lift Him up and show what He is really like.
