Obey the Law?

The Scriptures command us to obey the laws laid down by our governing authorities. There are only two cases when Christians are allowed to go against the laws of the land:

1. When the law tells us to do something that Scripture tells us not to do
2. When the law tells us not to do something that Scripture tells us to do

But this case might qualify as a third.
