This is Angelina, one of my students. Please pray for her. From July 5th-11th her village will be holding voo-doo celebrations where they attempt to call up spirits of deceased ancestors. They want her to participate but she knows the Bible speaks against such things. There is talk of threats to her safety around her village since she is refusing to participate in these practices.
She's planning on leaving the village that week for her and her daughter's safety. She said they will physically make you come to the temple sometimes. She's taking a stand against the darkness and getting opposition for it. Please pray for her and for the light of Christ to shine against the darkness in Borronco village.
