Precious Print

Next to the print found in the Word of God this has to be some of the most precious print I've seen. That stamp in my passport means I am allowed to stay in Belize as a permanent resident. Yep, we were all approved for residency yesterday and I gotta tell you, it's a really big deal. From start to finish this has been about a 10 month process, full of ups and downs.

What does it mean that we now have residency? No more exit fees when leaving the country (usually over $100us for the whole family), we get to go in the quick (and always short) "Residents" line when coming back in the country, and best of all, no more monthly trips to the immigration office to pay to stay in the country. Yes, we had to pay every month to stay in the country, $25-$50 per person!

So, as you can see, this stamp is very precious print.
