My Dad

This blog is dedicated to my daddy, Bill.

In my dad meet generosity, integrity, and versatility. He is one of the most giving people I have ever known. In his work ethic, reliable and honest. In his ability to fix things, name it...yep.

Since I became a Christian about 10 years ago my relationship with him has become better every year. We are more than father and son now, we are also great friends as well.

Over the past two years or so my family has moved a lot (to KY for seminary, back to AL for support raising, then the big move to Costa Rica). My dad was always there to help us. This yielded many road trips with just my dad and I together. Those are priceless to me because we simply talked, laughed, and just enjoyed each others company up and down all those long highways. Some of the greatest conversations were about our Lord Jesus. You see, my dad is a Christian. He loves the Lord and is dedicated to His work. He's a dedicated deacon to his home church and an enormous blessing to his pastor. I heard Bro. Jimmy say so.

I would not be where I am today without my parents. What a blessing to have parents that love the Lord.

Thanks you dad for everything. See you soon (he coming here to Costa Rica to visit us soon and I can't wait). I love you.
