This is my sister Julie.I wanted to dedicate this blog solely to her because she is one of the most unique people I've ever met. We are very close and I dearly love her and sincerely miss her.
I say she is unique because God has created her with an exceptional amount of gifts that she somehow balances perfectly. Apart from being a microbiologist (yes, she's that smart) she is also extremely creative. She bakes almost any kind of cake you can think of, even those professional type wedding cakes, she can speak a small amount of German, she can crochet, paint, and has even published a book (OK, so she was required to publish her dissertation in order to get her Masters degree, but still she's published).
More importantly above all these things, however, is her walk with the Lord. She is closer to Him than many people I know. Having been with her in good times and bad I've been able to see her heart and can tell you that this girl loves her Jesus. Spiritually she is off the chart, and as I mentioned her great balance in all things, she never has or will come off as being "holier than thou".
Those of you who have met her are blessed, and those of you who haven't are missing a blessing.
