I can still remember back before we had children. We had friends that had been blessed with little ones and I would hear that their child was turning 5 or 10 or something. The thought would come into my mind, "Wow! They've got a 5 year old. That means your getting old if you've got a 5 year old."
So now here I am with an 8 year old, a 6 year old, and two others about to be 5 and 3 next month. I guess by my own standards I'm getting old.
Well, we're so happy the Lord has given us another year with Samuel. As of last week he's now officially 8 years young. Congrats little buddy. We love you.
