Has this ever happened to you on the way to church? Me neither, until recently. One of our mottos is "Be flexible." Unfortunately Bob's truck has a belt that is a little too flexible. It comes off easily, especially when splashed with water.
So there I was in my Sunday go to meetin' clothes, under a muddy drippy truck, miles in the jungle, with no help in sight, helping Bob get the belt back on the truck. Thank the Lord we were able to fix it and we still made it to church on time.
I do cherish these days here though. Frankly, things like this are what make them so good.
Blessed are the flexible,
for they will not be bent out of shape.
